You walk over and place a hand on the radiator. The top is reassuringly hot. But as your palm slides down, the temperature drops. By the time you reach the bottom, it’s barely lukewarm, a polite, frustrating apology for heat. It’s the radiator that refuses to play fair, and it’s quietly draining the comfort from your home.
